Addison Group in Washington DC is seeking a Manager of Audio and Visual Technology to lead conference technology across global offices. This on-site role requires managing AV infrastructure, video conferencing platforms, and a team delivering high-quality conference experiences.

The candidate will oversee operations, develop policies, and ensure seamless meetings and events, with a salary around $170,000 and eligible for a discretionary bonus. On-site, five days a week in DC area.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years in conference technology, AV, or unified communications across multiple time zones.
At least 3 years of people management.
Strong expertise with video conferencing and collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations and support activities for the Conference Technology team.
Develop and implement conference technology policies and best practices.
Oversee conference room technology, AV systems, and video conferencing platforms.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for meetings and events.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
Lead, mentor, and develop team members with a customer-focused approach.
