Job summary

Addison Group is seeking an experienced Manager of Audio and Visual Technology to lead the support, operations, and strategic management of conference and audiovisual services across global office locations. This is an on-site position in Washington DC with a $170,000 annual salary and a benefits package including medical, life, PTO, and dental, plus discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of conference technology, AV, or unified communications experience across multi-location environments and time zones.
• At least 3 years of people management or supervisory experience of a team of 3+.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and support activities for the Conference Technology team.
• Develop, implement, and maintain conference technology policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Oversee conference room technology, audiovisual systems, video conferencing platforms, and related equipment.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of meetings, events, and conference services.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of technology-related concerns.
• Manage conference technology inventory, maintenance schedules, and equipment lifecycle planning.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members while fostering a customer-focused service environment.
