Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Concur Expense & Insights Manager to lead the enterprise Concur Expense program, driving governance, data insights, and user-focused improvements across the organization.

The role partners with Procurement, Finance, HR, Compliance, IT, and business leaders to mature the program from transactional to structured, scalable operations while ensuring compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Concur Expense, Finance, Procurement, or Business Operations.
• Experience with SAP Concur or comparable expense platforms, with policy controls and internal controls.
• Proven experience managing third-party vendors or offshore support teams.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day Concur Expense program, including submission, audit, approval, reimbursement, and policy execution.
• Oversee external support partners for ticket management, escalations, and SLA performance.
• Develop SOPs, training materials, and user guidance.
• Create executive-ready reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Enforce policy and drive continuous improvement of governance and controls.
