CVS Health is seeking a Concur Expense & Insights Manager to lead the enterprise Concur Expense program, combining governance, analytics, and process improvements. The role partners with Finance, Procurement, HR, Compliance, IT, and business leaders to create a scalable, compliant expense operation.

The candidate will drive end-to-end expense processing, governance, and data-driven insights, delivering executive-ready reports and continuous improvements across the program.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Concur Expense, finance, procurement, or business operations.
• Experience supporting SAP Concur or similar expense platforms and knowledge of travel expense policies and internal controls.
• Proven ability to manage third-party vendors or offshore support teams.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and drive resolution.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and communicating with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day SAP Concur Expense program, including submission, audit, approval, reimbursement, and policy execution.
• Serve as primary contact for external support partners; oversee ticket management, escalations, and SLA performance.
• Develop SOPs, training materials, and user guidance to improve consistency.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, address bottlenecks and recurring user challenges.
• Analyze expense data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Develop executive-ready reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
