A leading contractor in water/wastewater is seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent to manage field operations for structural and civil concrete work in Gresham, Oregon. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of heavy civil construction experience, with a strong background in concrete work for water/wastewater projects. Responsibilities include overseeing subcontractors, ensuring safety and compliance, and tracking project progress. Competitive salary range of $140,000–$160,000 based on experience, alongside comprehensive benefits packages.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of heavy civil construction experience, with at least 5 years in a superintendent or foreman role.
• Proven background in structural and civil concrete for water/wastewater treatment plants.
• Strong knowledge of formwork systems such as Symons, EFCO, Peri.

Responsibilities

• Manage all field operations related to structural and civil concrete work.
