The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with grading projects, utility coordination, and a strong understanding of safety protocols. Qualifications

• Must have valid license and clean driving record.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience supervising grading projects.
• Experience with utility projects and various shoring procedures.
• Competent person training and certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure work is executed safely and productively.
• Supervise foremen and crews on grading and utility tasks.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors and inspectors.
• Ensure quality requirements are met for each task.
• Accountable for project safety and financial performance.
