Aggtech Concrete Construction in Houston seeks a seasoned Concrete Field Superintendent with 10+ years of hands-on supervision in commercial and industrial structural concrete. You will lead on-site crews, enforce safety, and drive projects to schedule and budget while maintaining top quality.

Formación

• 10+ years of hands-on field supervision experience in commercial/industrial structural concrete.
• Deep knowledge of tilt-wall construction, heavy structural foundations, and slab-on-grade work.
• Expert understanding of formwork, steel reinforcement (rebar/mesh), concrete placement, and finishing techniques.
• Advanced ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Strong leadership, time management, cost tracking, and problem-solving skills.
• Certifications preferred: OSHA 30, ACI.
• Driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and mentor concrete foremen and field crews daily to maximize productivity, quality, and safety.
• Manage daily crew scheduling, logistics, subcontractors, and material deliveries.
• Accurately interpret structural blueprints and perform field quantity takeoffs.
• Track project costs, material usage, and labor to stay on budget.
• Oversee formwork, rebar placement, concrete pouring, and finishing to project specs and OSHA safety guidelines.
• Maintain effective time management across multiple site activities and clear communication with project managers and clients.
