Job summary

The Nearview Group is seeking a highly skilled Concrete Superintendent to lead field operations on complex projects in Oklahoma City. The role emphasizes safety, schedule, and quality.

You will oversee crews, coordinate with project managers and subcontractors, review plans, ensure compliance with codes, and deliver projects on time and within budget. Strong leadership, clear communication, and at least five years of concrete construction experience are required; OSHA certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in concrete construction.
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• OSHA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of concrete construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure timely and successful completion of projects.
• Supervise a team of concrete workers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
