Southland Holdings seeks a Concrete Superintendent in El Paso, TX. This role requires leadership of all concrete installation phases, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence on large infrastructure projects.

You will coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors, interpret plans, manage budgets, and guide foremen and crew leaders to meet milestones while maintaining cost controls and compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of concrete construction experience on large structures or pump stations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all phases of concrete installation, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain workflow and resolve issues.
• Interpret and act on project schedules; communicate changes effectively.
• Monitor budgets and control field costs according to the project plan.
• Train foremen and crew leaders to maintain high performance and compliance.
