Job summary

Lithko Contracting is seeking a Senior Superintendent in Buford, GA to lead the execution phase of large-scale concrete projects. You will work with the operations team to develop and manage the overall project plan and ensure execution aligns with goals.

The role requires self-perform concrete experience, 5+ years of project execution experience, and a bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is required.
• Minimum 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in project execution for a large-scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
• Self-perform concrete experience is required.
• Experience with Commercial/Industrial project types and projects over $500K.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive project plan.
• Collaborate with the operational team during turnover and planning.
• Identify obstacles and opportunities for the project team.
• Prepare the project team for execution using defined planning processes.
• Engage the project team to generate accurate project information, including T&Q reports.
• Utilize and track time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign-in & sign-out sheets.
• Ensure project execution goals are met.
• Communicate project status to all relevant parties in a timely and accurate manner.
