Responsibilities include developing accurate project estimates, coordinating communications, and generating customer proposals. Candidates should have over 5 years of project management experience in concrete contracting and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management and estimating for a large‑scale self‑perform general contractor or concrete contractor.
• Experience with a variety of project types, with emphasis on commercial/industrial concrete.
• Previous experience performing estimates, submitting bids, and generating proposals.

Responsibilities

• Generate a detailed and accurate estimate for a potential project.
• Identify and quantify all necessary concrete scope items and collaborate on strategy development.
• Generate a customer proposal and preliminary schedule.
• Perform job setup, including initial contract review, cost codes, and preliminary budget.
• Compile daily job cost reports to ensure cost and quantity align with the budget.
