Qualifications
5+ years of experience in project management and estimating for a large‑scale self‑perform general contractor or concrete contractor.
Experience with a variety of project types, with emphasis on commercial/industrial concrete.
Previous experience performing estimates, submitting bids, and generating proposals.
Responsibilities
Generate a detailed and accurate estimate for a potential project.
Identify and quantify all necessary concrete scope items and collaborate on strategy development.
Generate a customer proposal and preliminary schedule.
Perform job setup, including initial contract review, cost codes, and preliminary budget.
Compile daily job cost reports to ensure cost and quantity align with the budget.
