Job summary

Capital Paving & Construction in Missouri is seeking a Concrete Paving Superintendent to plan, direct, and oversee all machine paving operations on heavy civil, highway, airport, and commercial projects. You will lead field operations, coordinate crews, equipment, and subcontractors, and ensure work is performed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

The role requires extensive knowledge of slipform paving, grade control, GPS machine control, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of concrete paving experience.
• Experience managing large-scale highway, airport, bridge, industrial, or commercial paving projects.
• OSHA 30 Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for concrete paving operations.
• Plan and coordinate activities to meet schedule and production objectives.
• Direct Foremen, Operators, and Field Crews to ensure efficient project execution.
• Establish daily, weekly, and long-range production goals.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain strong communication with Project Managers and Executive Leadership.
