Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/BA in civil or structural engineering required.
• EIT certification or ability to obtain within 2 years.

• 3–5 years of related formwork/shoring experience; more for senior roles.

Responsibilities

• Develops detailed formwork and shoring drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Performs structural calculations to validate load capacities and safety.
• Prepares bills of material and reviews peer designs for accuracy.
• Applies civil engineering principles to plan formwork/shoring systems.
• Collaborates with construction teams to ensure design implementation.
• Provides technical input to sales and operations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Attends customer meetings to support design discussions and alignment.
