White Cap seeks a civil/structural engineer to design formwork and shoring layouts for complex projects in California. You will perform AutoCAD/Revit CAD work and collaborate with construction teams to ensure feasible, safe, and cost-efficient solutions.

The role involves validating load capacities, preparing BOMs, and delivering technical input across sales and operations from pre-construction through execution. A BS/BA is required; PE is preferred, with 2+ years of formwork experience.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in civil or structural engineering, with relevant field experience.
• PE license strongly preferred; EIT certification within 2 years is desirable.
• 2+ years of formwork and shoring design experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and 3D modeling.

Responsabilités

• Develops formwork and shoring drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Performs structural calculations to validate loads and safety.
• Prepares bills of material and reviews peer designs for accuracy.
• Applies civil engineering principles to plan formwork and shoring layouts.
• Collaborates with construction teams to implement designs.
• Provides technical input to sales and operations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Attends customer meetings to support technical discussions and alignment.
