Montana Materials & Construction, a CRH Company, is seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to read plans, form, pour and finish concrete on diverse projects. Join a safety-focused team delivering high-quality work across Montana job sites.

Responsibilities include interpreting plans, using floats, trowels, and screeds, complying with OSHA/MSHA regulations, and traveling to remote sites as needed. Must pass pre-employment checks and work nights/weekends when required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Experience reading plans and finishing concrete for construction projects.
• Experience in construction field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret project plans to perform concrete work accurately.
• Form, pour, and finish concrete to grade with a fine finish.
• Follow safety policies and OSHA/MSHA regulations.
• Travel to remote job sites and work nights/weekends when needed.
