Job summary

The AIS Infrastructure Group seeks a Concrete Finisher to ensure proper placement, leveling, finishing, and curing of concrete for large structures on active construction sites in the Atlanta area.

You will work closely with the foreman and carpenters, read and execute plans, and uphold safety standards on DOT and infrastructure projects. A minimum of 5 years in heavy civil/concrete work is required, with 3 years in finishing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in heavy civil, roadway, or structural concrete work.
• Minimum 3 years of concrete finishing experience.
• Experience on DOT or infrastructure projects is a plus.
• Ability to read plans and work with foremen and superintendents.
• Must have reliable transportation and site access.

Responsibilities

• Place, level, and finish concrete surfaces.
• Operate screeds, floats, and trowels.
• Ensure proper curing and surface finish.
• Collaborate with foreman and carpenters during placement.
