Job summary

AIS Infrastructure Group is seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to ensure proper placement, leveling, finishing, and curing of concrete for large structures in the Atlanta region. You will work closely with foremen and carpenters, adhering to safety standards and project specs to drive quality and efficiency on site.

Requirements include 5+ years in heavy civil or structural concrete, 3+ years finishing experience, teamwork, and the ability to read plans and follow directions on busy

• 3+ years of experience with concrete finishing.
• Ability to read, interpret, and execute plans, specifications, and layout with direction from Foremen and Superintendents.

Job Summary:

The Concrete Finisher is responsible for ensuring the proper placement, leveling, finishing, and curing concrete for large structures. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects while adhering to company safety standards and protocols.

• Place, level, and finish concrete surfaces.
• Operate finishing tools including screeds, floats, and trowels.
• Ensure proper curing and surface finish standards.
• Work closely with the foreman and carpenters during placement operations.

Requirements and Education:

• At least 5 years of experience in heavy civil, roadway, or structural concrete construction.
• At least 3 years of experience with concrete finishing.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and job site instructions.
• Ability to read, interpret, and execute plans, specifications, and layout with direction from Foremen and Superintendents.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work on active construction sites.

Preferred Requirements and Education:

• Experience working on DOT or infrastructure projects is a plus.
