The ideal candidate has 5+ years of concrete estimating, familiarity with Procore and On-Screen Takeoff, and a track record of delivering high-quality bids on time.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of commercial concrete estimating and preconstruction experience.
• Experience estimating projects valued at $10M+.

Aufgaben

• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs, pricing, and complete estimates for bids.
• Develop bid documents and solicit vendor/subcontractor pricing.
• Maintain estimate logs and track bid activity and market conditions.
• Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Incorporate safety measures and cost controls into estimates.
