Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services seeks an Operations Leader for concrete construction to drive planning, execution, and delivery of projects. You will oversee field personnel, project managers, and estimators to ensure on-time, on-budget completion with high workmanship standards.

You will bridge executive management with field operations, drive productivity, profitability, and client satisfaction through strong leadership and top-tier site supervision.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial concrete construction experience.
• 5+ years in a superintendent or operations leadership role.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations for commercial and industrial concrete projects.
• Oversee multiple projects, coordinating schedules, manpower, equipment and materials.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and profitability.
• Ensure consistency of company standards across all job sites.
• Collaborate with executives to set annual goals and metrics.
• Supervise Superintendents, Foremen, and field crews; conduct regular jobsite visits.
• Review project schedules and develop manpower loading plans; coordinate labor, equipment, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Identify schedule impacts and implement recovery plans to meet contract requirements.
• Promote a culture of safety; ensure OSHA compliance and safety practices on sites.
• Monitor quality, conduct punch-list reviews, and minimize rework with proactive supervision.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting and actions to maximize project profitability.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and support business development.
