Job summary

Highlands Sports Complex is seeking a Concession Manager to oversee food & beverage operations, celebrations, and group bookings. You will lead a team, manage budgets, and ensure an exceptional guest experience across concessions and events.

The role requires culinary expertise, strong leadership, and compliance with health standards. Full-time, on-site position in Triadelphia, WV, with opportunities for growth within the sports complex ecosystem.

Qualifications

5-7 years of culinary experience.
2-4 years of food & beverage management experience.
Must be at least 21 years old and detail-oriented.
ServSafe Certification is required; Food Safety Manager Certification preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage daily production, preparation, and presentation of all food for concessions and events.
Hire, train, mentor, supervise, and evaluate staff.
Open and close concession locations and kitchen.
Create budgets and monitor food and labor costs.
Oversee inventory, ordering, and supplier communications.
Develop event P&L analysis and menu strategies for demand and trends.
Organize catering for events and manage customer feedback.
Ensure safety, health, and compliance standards are met.
