Job summary

Highlands Sports Complex is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead concessions, catering, and events in Triadelphia, WV. You will drive guest satisfaction through strong leadership, menu development, budgeting, and inventory control.

Reporting to the General Manager, this full-time exempt role requires 5–7 years culinary and 2–4 years F&B management experience, ServSafe in hand, and capability to work nights, weekends, and holidays at a dynamic sports destination.

Qualifications

• Culinary experience evident with high-volume concessions and events.
• Strong leadership, staff supervision and team development skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Solid communication skills and ability to manage budgets and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food production, concessions, and events for quality and consistency.
• Hire, train, mentor, supervise, and evaluate F&B staff and event teams.
• Open/close concessions and kitchen facilities; manage cash handling.
• Develop and monitor budgets, food costs, and labor costs.
• Ensure health, safety and safety compliance; maintain inventory controls.
• Create menus reflecting demand, trends, and seasonal events.
• Coordinate catering for events and manage vendor relations.
