Qualifications

• Must have cooking experience.
• Fast-paced kitchen experience preferred.
• Must have Food Handling Certifications or be able to obtain them easily.
• Weekend, night, and some weekday availability required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare food.
• Serve food in pre-determined portions and at correct temperatures.
• Maintain appearance of equipment and serving counters.
• Maintain inventory in stock room.
• Clean kitchen area before and after business hours.
• Scrub, sanitize, and store pots, pans, utensils, and dishes.
• Perform other related duties as required.
