Qualifications

• Experience with COMSEC materials handling, NSA/DoD regulations (AFMAN 17-1302-O, CNSSI)
• Hands-on key loading and cryptographic support for test missions
• Proven ability to manage inspections, calibrations, and certifications
• Strong organizational skills for high-value asset accountability in classified environments

Responsibilities

• Advise on COMSEC asset control across telemetry, secure voice, and data encryption for development programs.
• Load COMSEC keys and provide timely cryptographic support for test missions.
• Oversee inspections, calibrations, and certifications on ALCM FGT equipment and coordinate on-site activities.
• Set up FGT gear, schedule range resources, and conduct Functional Ground Tests to meet milestones.
• Manage COMSEC lifecycle including shipments, transfers, and destruction reporting.
• Prepare COMSEC documentation and ensure zero-defect readiness across sites.
