Job summary

Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Palmdale, CA seeks a Classified Cyber Security Associate Manager for ADP COMSEC. The role leads the Aero ADP COMSEC Team as CAM/ACAM, mentors staff, and drives secure program execution across multiple projects.

Responsibilities include enforcing COMSEC procedures, coordinating with customers, and ensuring secure handling of keying material and equipment per NSA policy. Strong leadership and TS clearance required for mission-critical tasks.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship.
• Active Top Secret (TS) Clearance with a recent investigation or Continuous Vetting (CV).
• At least 3 years as a COMSEC Account Manager (CAM) or Alternate CAM (ACAM).
• Advanced knowledge of COMSEC equipment, operations, accountability, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Aero ADP COMSEC Team and serve as CAM or ACAM.
• Coach and mentor direct reports with regular check-ins and performance reviews.
• Oversee daily workflow to meet quality, timeline and budget goals.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
• Translate program and customer requirements into actionable tasks.
