Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a qualified professional to support COMSEC, cryptographic, and cybersecurity functions for Navy and DoD programs. The role involves policy alignment, research on security requirements, and producing briefings for senior leadership.

Applicants should have TS/SCI clearance, experience with DoD networks and C4ISR, and a Bachelor's degree with 7+ years (or 10+ years without a degree) in related fields. Occasional cross-agency coordination is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with COMSEC, Cryptographic, Encryption, or Cybersecurity operations for Navy and DoD programs.
• Knowledge of PPBE and requirements generation processes.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to develop and brief material to senior client leadership to support decision-making.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience with COMSEC, IT, C4ISR, Space, or Unmanned Systems or 10+ years of experience with COMSEC, IT, C4ISR, Space, or Unmanned Systems in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide programmatic analysis and assessments of information assurance and cybersecurity requirements and capabilities.
• Support DoD COMSEC, network, and cybersecurity meetings to assess policy, requirements, and warfare capabilities.
• Assist in tracking modernization efforts across the Department of the Navy with stakeholders in HQMC, OPNAV, and SYSCOMs.
• Develop information papers and briefings for senior client leadership to inform decisions.
• Support planning and execution of security and cybersecurity initiatives across Navy programs.
