Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a COMSEC/IT analyst to support Navy and DoD programs in Arlington, VA. You will deliver technical and financial analyses, develop information papers, and brief senior leadership to align with strategic COMSEC and cyber goals.

The role requires PPBE experience, strong MS Office skills, and a TS/SCI clearance, with 7+ years of related work or 10+ years in lieu of a degree.

Qualifications

Experience with COMSEC, Cryptographic, Encryption, or Cybersecurity operations for Navy and DoD programs.
Knowledge of PPBE and requirements generation processes.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
Ability to leverage technical, analytic, and communication to brief senior leadership for decision-making.
TS/SCI clearance.
Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in COMSEC, IT, C4ISR, Space, or Unmanned Systems, or 10+ years in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

Provide technical and financial analytic support to the client’s COMSEC, Cryptographic, and Cybersecurity programs to ensure alignment with Navy, Joint, and DoD goals.
Conduct research and analysis on COMSEC, cryptography, cybersecurity, and IT network requirements, budgets, and policy compliance.
Create analytic products to support all phases of the PPBE cycle, including POM development and integration of COMSEC requirements.
Provide programmatic analysis and assessments of information assurance and cybersecurity requirements to defend the client’s investments.
