Job summary

Dexis seeks a Computer Operator V (Leader) to support a large Army test program. You will oversee data collection, editorial review, and reporting, guiding operators and ensuring data integrity across ODIN, VDLS, Cognos, and related systems.

The role requires senior leadership, travel readiness (CONUS/OCONUS), and an active Secret clearance. Onsite in Aberdeen, MD, with potential duties at other locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent with extensive Windows data-entry tool experience and Cognos/Access/Crystal Reports.
• Five years of leadership experience and ability to train others.
• Active Secret security clearance and proficiency in English.
• High school diploma required and strong written/oral communication.
• Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS as mission needs demand.

Responsibilities

• Lead computer operations and support test execution for data management.
• Assist government leadership with workload scheduling and control.
• Configure and improve electronic data-entry forms for complex tests.
• Use ODIN/VDLS to track data flow and Cognos for professional reports.
• Troubleshoot data systems and mentor lower-level operators.
• Develop user guidance and training materials; conduct briefings and trainings.
• Provide technical support for laptops and ensure security procedures.
• Coordinate with test agencies and ensure compliance with software needs.
