We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Senior CAD Technician to join our team in Oviedo, FL. This in-office position plays a key role in supporting land surveying and civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, particularly in AutoCAD Civil 3D, and a solid understanding of land survey principles and geometric design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed survey and site development drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Translate field survey data into accurate technical drawings and topographic maps.
• Collaborate with surveyors, engineers, and project managers to ensure drawing accuracy and project timelines.
• Review and verify technical drawings for quality and compliance with standards.
• Apply advanced math and geometry to produce precise and efficient designs.

Top 3 Required Skills:

• Land Survey Knowledge & Experience: Familiarity with survey methods, field data processing, and plat preparation.
• AutoCAD Civil 3D Proficiency: Advanced experience using Civil 3D tools for grading, surfaces, alignments, and profiles.
• Strong Math & Geometry Skills: Capable of performing accurate calculations and interpreting complex design requirements.
