VDart Inc. seeks an experienced Delivery Compute Infrastructure Program Manager to lead enterprise-scale Compute Infrastructure programs across manufacturing sites, warehouses, and enterprise locations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale Compute Infrastructure, virtualization, or data center modernization programs.
• Fluent English communication skills, written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams and multi-vendor environments.
• Experience across multi-site infrastructure deployments and IT/OT deployments.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale Compute Infrastructure programs across manufacturing sites and enterprise locations.
• Manage timelines, budgets, RAID logs, escalations, and governance.
• Lead modernization and P2V initiatives including deployment and legacy hardware retirement.
• Coordinate IT/OT infrastructure delivery for manufacturing operations and warehouse automation.
• Oversee virtualization deployments, storage integration, backups, and go-live readiness.
• Serve as primary coordination point among business teams, engineering, storage, network, security, facilities, and leadership.
• Oversee site readiness: power, cooling, racks, cabling, and network requirements.
• Drive alignment across Compute, Network, Storage, Backup, Security, Applications and Operations teams.
• Manage enterprise server deployments, virtualization platforms, and data center infrastructure.
• Lead CAPEX/OPEX forecasting, budgeting, procurement coordination, and vendor governance.
• Manage SOWs, CRs, POs, and external delivery partners.
• Monitor risks, dependencies, and operational impacts; drive mitigation and executive decision-making.
• Coordinate infrastructure cutovers, migrations, HOTS, and Move-to-Sustain activities.
• Support quality assurance, documentation governance, and Move-to-Sustain activities.
• Support emerging initiatives like Digital Twin, Edge Computing, GPUs, and IT/OT platforms.
