Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale Compute Infrastructure programs across manufacturing sites and enterprise locations.
• Manage timelines, budgets, RAID logs, escalations, and governance.
• Lead modernization and P2V initiatives including deployment and legacy hardware retirement.
• Coordinate IT/OT infrastructure delivery for manufacturing operations and warehouse automation.
• Oversee virtualization deployments, storage integration, backups, and go-live readiness.
• Serve as primary coordination point among business teams, engineering, storage, network, security, facilities, and leadership.
• Oversee site readiness: power, cooling, racks, cabling, and network requirements.
• Drive alignment across Compute, Network, Storage, Backup, Security, Applications and Operations teams.
• Manage enterprise server deployments, virtualization platforms, and data center infrastructure.
• Lead CAPEX/OPEX forecasting, budgeting, procurement coordination, and vendor governance.
• Manage SOWs, CRs, POs, and external delivery partners.
• Monitor risks, dependencies, and operational impacts; drive mitigation and executive decision-making.
• Coordinate infrastructure cutovers, migrations, HOTS, and Move-to-Sustain activities.

Position Summary

Program Manager with a strong background leading enterprise Compute Infrastructure, Application Modernization, Virtualization, Manufacturing Technology, and Infrastructure Transformation programs across large-scale environments.

Proven experience delivering complex initiatives including application replatforming, operating system and database upgrades, technology refreshes, IT/OT infrastructure deployments, manufacturing systems modernization, virtual infrastructure lifecycle management, cloud-to-on-prem integration, application hosting platforms, infrastructure decommissioning, and multi-site infrastructure deployments.

Adept at managing cross-functional teams, vendors, business stakeholders, and technical organizations while driving end-to-end delivery of infrastructure programs from planning and design through implementation, operational transition, and sustainment.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, communication, organizational, financial, and stakeholder management skills while driving infrastructure programs in fast-paced and high-visibility environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate large-scale Compute Infrastructure programs across manufacturing sites, warehouses, distribution centers, and enterprise locations.

Manage project timelines, implementation schedules, budgets, RAID logs, executive escalations, and overall delivery governance.

Lead Manufacturing Modernization and Physical-to-Virtual (P2V) initiatives including infrastructure deployment, virtualization, application migration support, cluster readiness, and legacy hardware retirement.

Coordinate IT/OT infrastructure delivery programs supporting manufacturing operations, warehouse automation, and business-critical applications.

Manage Virtual Technology Stack deployments, VMware cluster creation, virtual-server provisioning, storage integration, backup implementation, and Compute Go-Live readiness.

Act as the primary point of coordination between Business Teams, Application Owners, Compute Engineering, Storage, Backup, Network, Security, Facilities, Operations, Vendors, and Leadership stakeholders.

Oversee site readiness activities including power, UPS, cooling, rack space, MDF readiness, cabling, network requirements, and infrastructure remediation.

Drive alignment across Compute, Network, Storage, Backup, Security, Application, and Operations teams to ensure successful project execution.

Manage enterprise server deployments, virtualization platforms, storage solutions, SAN environments, operating system builds, and backup infrastructure.

Lead financial planning activities including CAPEX and OPEX forecasting, budget tracking, funding requests, procurement coordination, and vendor governance.

Manage Statements of Work (SOWs), Change Requests (CRs), Purchase Orders (POs), vendor contracts, and external delivery partners.

Monitor risks, dependencies, site constraints, resource conflicts, and operational impacts while driving mitigation plans and executive decision-making.

Ensure successful coordination of infrastructure cutovers, application migrations, hypercare activities, operational transitions, and project closure.

Support quality assurance, documentation governance, Handover to Operations (HOTS), and Move-to-Sustain (MTS) activities.

Support emerging infrastructure initiatives including Digital Twin, PEPsense, Computer Vision, GPU Computing, and Edge Computing platforms.

Required Qualifications

More than 10 years of experience leading large-scale Compute Infrastructure, Virtualization, Data Center, Technology Refresh, or Infrastructure Modernization programs in enterprise environments.

Fully bilingual professional with 100% fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Proven experience managing enterprise-level Compute Infrastructure programs involving Servers, Virtualization, Storage, Backup, and Application Infrastructure.

Strong experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams and multi-vendor delivery environments.

Experience managing multi-site infrastructure deployments, virtualization programs, and infrastructure transformation initiatives.

Excellent communication, organizational, executive presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience managing complex implementation schedules, infrastructure dependencies, technical escalations, operational risks, and competing priorities.

Strong leadership, decision-making, financial management, and problem-solving capabilities.

Experience managing CAPEX, OPEX, vendor contracts, procurement activities, and project financials.

Proficiency with project management tools, executive reporting, dashboards, governance processes, and portfolio management practices.

Familiarity with VMware, NetApp, Rubrik, Storage Platforms, Virtual Clusters, and Virtual Server Delivery Models.

Ideal Candidate Profile

This is not a traditional Project Manager role. We are seeking a senior Infrastructure Program Manager capable of owning the North America Compute portfolio across Manufacturing Modernization, IT/OT, 1NA/IT/OT (DC Automation sites) Infrastructure Delivery, Virtualization, Storage, Backup, Application Infrastructure, and emerging Digital Manufacturing initiatives.

The successful candidate must be comfortable operating at both executive and technical levels while coordinating cross-functional teams, managing infrastructure programs across multiple sites, driving vendor accountability, and ensuring successful delivery from planning through operational handoff.
