The Broad Institute is seeking a talented Computational Scientist to join Broad Scalable Services, bridging cutting-edge genomic research with production-ready pipelines. You will help develop and optimize single-cell products while contributing to a broad portfolio of genomic and multiomic initiatives.

Formación

• PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Strong computational, statistical, and data analysis skills with high-dimensional biological/genomic data.
• Proficiency in developing software and writing clean, maintainable code in Python, R, C++.
• Solid foundation in applied mathematics and statistics (probability, hypothesis testing, linear algebra).
• Excellent oral and written communication, cross-disciplinary collaboration.
• Ability to solve complex open-ended technical problems independently or in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable pipelines for high-throughput genomic data.
• Collaborate with experimentalists and product teams to define computational requirements.
