Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD in medicinal chemistry or related field with strong computational experience.
• 2+ years of post-graduate experience in a drug discovery environment.
• Proven track record of innovation through analogue design and its impact on discovery projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive design of medicinal chemistry efforts applying SAR, structure-/ligand-based design, target biology, and predictive methods for PK/PD and feasibility.
• Lead at the intersection of experimental and digital technologies with emphasis on machine learning and physics-based CADD for small molecule discovery.
• Stay updated with literature and integrate biological insights into lead characterization and screening initiatives.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support decision-making in target ID, lead optimization, and candidate nomination, using predictive models from imaging data.
