Qualifications

• 10+ years of increasing responsibility in industrial services, manufacturing or engineering industries.
• Minimum of five years in a Profit/Loss leadership role managing multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compost facility operates efficiently to process organic residuals into market-grade compost.
• Lead engineering team in the design of new facilities and major capital projects.
• Serve as the technical resource for existing compost facilities.
• Evaluate new organic waste management technologies.
• Conduct staff training on composting processes.
