Qualifications

• 10+ years of increasing management responsibility in industrial services.
• Minimum of five years in a Profit/Loss leadership role managing multiple sites.
• Ability to obtain necessary state certifications and licenses.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of composting facilities and major capital projects.
• Serve as the technical resource for existing compost facilities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards for compost products.
• Staff training and development on composting process.
