A leading biosolids management firm in Baltimore, MD is seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as the primary technical resource for composting processes. The successful candidate will ensure the composting facility operates efficiently and complies with industry regulations. Responsibilities include leading design efforts for new facilities, assessing waste management technologies, and staff training. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of management experience. Excellent benefits and a supportive working environment are offered.

Competenze

• 10+ years of increasing management responsibility in industrial services or engineering industries.
• Minimum of five years in a Profit/Loss leadership role managing multiple sites.

Mansioni

• Lead engineering team's design of composting facilities.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain productivity.
• Develop standard composting operating procedures.
• Evaluate organic waste management technologies for feasibility.

Conoscenze

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Formazione

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline/engineering/business management
