Job summary

The successful candidate will ensure the composting facility operates efficiently and complies with industry regulations. Responsibilities include leading design efforts for new facilities, assessing waste management technologies, and staff training. Qualifications

• 10+ years of increasing management responsibility in industrial services or engineering industries.
• Minimum of five years in a Profit/Loss leadership role managing multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering team's design of composting facilities.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain productivity.
• Develop standard composting operating procedures.
• Evaluate organic waste management technologies for feasibility.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work in fast-paced environments

Technical expertise and detail-oriented

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Ability to obtain state certifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline/engineering/business management

MBA preferred
