Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior Compositor for our VFX team in East London. This hybrid role blends studio time with remote productivity as you integrate CGI, matte paintings and live-action plates into photoreal final shots.

You will work with the VFX supervisor and 2D/3D teams to achieve the director's vision, maintain color consistency, and meet tight deadlines. A minimum of five years of professional compositing experience and expertise in Nuke are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Compositor in film, television, or game cinematics.
• Proficiency with compositing software such as Nuke.
• Strong understanding of color theory, lighting, and photographic principles.
• Experience with rotoscoping, keying, tracking, and matte creation techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple shots.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced compositing of live-action footage, CGI, and other elements to create seamless final shots.
