Job summary

Green Key Resources seeks a senior Quality Engineering leader to drive quality systems for fiber-reinforced polymer manufacturing at our El Segundo facility. The role focuses on QMS design, certification maintenance, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Manufacturing.

You will lead MRB, supplier quality programs, and advanced NDT implementations (CT, UT). A strong background in ISO 9001 and AS9100, plus hands-on floor experience with production equipment, is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is required; Master's preferred.
• Extensive experience in FRP composites manufacturing quality.
• Strong expertise in QMS design and certification maintenance (ISO 9001, AS9100).

Responsibilities

• Lead quality systems for FRP manufacturing at El Segundo facility.
• Drive MRB processes and non-conformance investigations.
• Develop and scale supplier quality programs and audits.
• Implement advanced NDT methods such as CT and UT to improve defect prevention.
