You’ll work on design-to-manufacture handoffs, on-site lab testing, and shop-floor builds to improve quality, yield, and throughput.

The role emphasizes hands-on work in a fast-paced, low-volume/high-mix environment, collaboration across disciplines, and data-driven decision-making in both development and production

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; materials/manufacturing focus preferred.
• 5+ years in composites or materials processing manufacturing/R&D.

Responsibilities

• Translate material and design requirements into robust manufacturing processes and work instructions.
• Plan and execute material fabrication including layup, preforming, infusion, and curing.
• Develop process parameters and cure cycles; support tooling and preforms.
• Perform hands-on builds, trials, and process validation on shop floor.
