Qualifications

• Associate's degree or technical certificate with 5+ years lab experience.
• High school diploma with 7+ years in lab testing or manufacturing.
• Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and optimize composite lab equipment (autoclaves, ovens, filament winders).
• Lead projects, mentor junior technicians, ensure safety and quality standards.
• Prepare SOPs and maintain documentation; report to Branch Head.
