Job summary

Molina Healthcare, a leading health plan, seeks a Senior Director of Compliance to lead strategy for regulatory adherence within Wisconsin. You will guide the team in implementing programs, policies, and controls to prevent violations and protect the organization from liability, while advising executives on regulatory matters.

Based in Wisconsin, you will oversee audits, liaise with state and federal regulators, and drive cross-functional initiatives across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in compliance/risk management and at least 5 years in program management.
• 5+ years of management/leadership experience.
• Knowledge of regulatory health care frameworks and industry standards.
• Strong governance, risk management, and compliance principles.
• Ability to thrive in a cross-functional matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and strategically support the compliance function.
• Oversee day-to-day compliance operations and risk mitigation.
• Lead CMS/state audits and ensure timely, quality responses.
• Serve as liaison with regulators.
• Prepare quarterly reports for Board and executives.
• Develop and update compliance response planning.
