Paychex is seeking a Compliance professional in Rochester, NY to provide strong compliance support to internal partners, ensuring timely resolution and risk mitigation.

You will engage with regulators, assess new products and acquisitions for compliance, and act as SME across Paychex offerings.

The role emphasizes collaboration, policy development, and continuous learning while delivering insightful risk analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree - Preferred
• 4 years of experience in related field
• Communication and management skills preferred
• Regulatory/compliance environment experience preferred
• Experience with risk management and sales presentations preferred
• Knowledge of financial industry regulations preferred
• Investigation and information gathering experience preferred
• Auditing and marketing experience preferred
• New product development and business continuity experience preferred
• Customer support experience preferred

Responsabilités

• Research compliance risk issues impacting Paychex products and services, and identify regulatory developments.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners to communicate compliance needs and minimize costs.
• Assess compliance implications of acquisitions, new products and product enhancements, advertising and strategic initiatives.
• Serve as SME on Paychex products, advising leadership on regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Lead complex compliance projects and coordinate with business partners.
• Support policy formation, strategic plans, and standards for the Compliance function.
• Provide risk analysis on regulatory matters and propose risk mitigation measures.
• Create learning opportunities through alerts, letters, webinars, training, and newsletters.
• Other duties as assigned.
