Job summary

The Timberline Group is seeking a Sr. Compliance Project Manager to lead and manage key compliance and internal audit projects. You will serve as the liaison among compliance teams, business operations, technology groups, and stakeholders to ensure effective execution of initiatives.

You will develop standards, templates, and tools, drive risk assessments, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver results on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three or more years of relevant experience with at least one year in management.
• Knowledge of project management best practices.
• Advanced leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in client delivery responsibilities and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to set priorities and provide updates.
• Guide department leaders through project prioritization and scheduling.
• Conduct change impact analyses and formulate risk mitigation strategies.
• Develop and implement standardized project management processes, tools, and templates.
• Monitor resources and report on the health of all assigned projects.
• Escalate issues to keep projects on track and within timelines.
