Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute compliance programs to prevent illegal or improper practices.
• Conduct complaint monitoring and evaluate reputational risk.
• Support issues management to ensure adherence to guidelines.
• Perform risk assessments and periodic reporting under the Compliance Framework.
• Assist in oversight related to Conduct, Reputational, and other risks.
• Gather and analyze data to identify compliance risks for key initiatives.
• Suggest resolutions and support implementation as needed.
