PNC is seeking a Compliance Program Manager Senior to lead a high-performing team in complaint monitoring, deep-dive assessments, and process analysis to identify systemic compliance risks. The role spans UDAP/UDAAP risk reviews, issue management, and reporting across multiple locations in the US.

The candidate will oversee risk assessments, compliance program design, and training for junior staff while supporting exams and audits.

Formación

• University/college degree required.
• Industry experience 8+ years; 5+ years in management recommended.
• Certifications/desirable credentials may be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Establishes and enhances compliant programs and policies to prevent unlawful or improper practices.
• Train, monitor and manage junior staff; address issues and influence processes.
• Assess and communicate compliance risks; escalate to senior partners when needed.
• Directs regulatory examinations and coordination of interviews/information requests.
• Lead the monitoring program and define objectives for products/services and regulations.
• Prepare corrective action plans and drive improvements across governance channels.
