Job summary

PNC is seeking a Compliance Program Advisor Senior to act as the central coordinator for enterprise regulatory programs where ownership resides outside Enterprise Compliance, partnering with shared services, risk management, and other subject matter experts. The role establishes relationships with business and risk partners to embed regulatory requirements within processes.

Qualifications

• Communicates effective compliance programs to identify and prevent illegal, unethical, or improper business practices.
• Serves as a trusted advisor to business leadership on compliance matters and provides resolutions to manage and mitigate identified risks.
• Works with partners across the organization including legal, audit, and risk disciplines to ensure alignment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and raise compliance concerns related to key business initiatives.
• Drafts or assesses Compliance Manuals, Front Office materials, policies and procedures for alignment with regulatory requirements.
• Communicates program objectives to senior business partners and provides insightful recommendations.
