Job summary

Responsibilities

• Communicates direction for Corporate Compliance processes to managers and staff.
• Analyzes performance of programs to assess progress toward goals.
• Leads and maintains an effective compliance program including risk assessment, auditing and monitoring, policies and training.
• Prepares regulatory reports, filings and oversees regulatory reviews and audits.
• Manages regulatory interactions, including drafting correspondence and negotiating resolutions.
• Directs reviews and corrective actions to mitigate risk across the organization.
• Builds relationships with internal and external stakeholders at senior levels to influence outcomes.
• Oversees budget, performance, and other operational aspects of compliance.
