We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our second line of defense Monitoring & Testing (M&T team. This role is central to building and executing a strong monitoring and testing framework, combining both automated control monitoring and thematic or targeted testing reviews. You will help enhance our oversight of key compliance risks, ensuring controls are operating effectively across the business.
Design and implement compliance monitoring activities that evaluate the effectiveness of first-line controls, with a focus on automation and data-driven insights where possible.
Lead and execute testing reviews, including thematic, deep-dive, or risk-based reviews aligned to our annual compliance testing plan.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to scope reviews, agree on remediation, and track findings to resolution.
Develop and maintain testing methodologies, procedures, and templates in line with industry best practices and regulatory expectations.
Provide actionable insights from monitoring results to enhance control design and operational effectiveness.
Support the refinement of key compliance metrics and dashboards tied to M&T outcomes.
Contribute to annual planning, regulatory exam readiness, and internal audit liaison efforts as needed.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global regulatory requirements and apply them contextually to business activities.
Assist with other related duties as needed.
4+ years of experience in a second line of defense Monitoring & Testing or Audit role within financial services, fintech, or crypto
Strong knowledge of control testing principles, methodologies, and documentation standards
Hands-on experience designing or operating automated monitoring routines (e.g. data-driven scripts, continuous control monitoring) is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with applicable regulatory requirements (e.g. AML, market conduct, sanctions, product compliance) and risk frameworks
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to challenge constructively.
Organised, analytical, and able to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

OKX Statement:
The salary range for this position is$127,000to$190,000. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
