Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to drive product compliance for the Intuit Business Credit Card.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, and business functions to embed compliance as a strategic advantage and support a fast-growing credit card product. You will own the compliance framework, guide risk assessments, and ensure regulatory requirements (UDAAP, Reg B, FCRA, true-lender) are met across content and policy updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, legal studies, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of dedicated experience in product compliance, fintech preferred.
• Deep, demonstrated expertise in the full lifecycle of Credit Card program management.
• Experience providing compliance advisory to Product, Marketing, or Servicing teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary compliance advisor to Product, Marketing, and Servicing on regulatory requirements applicable to the Business Credit Card product.
• Own and drive the business credit card compliance framework, conducting risk assessments and ensuring risk controls.
• Drive policy changes and creditor model updates in collaboration with Credit teams on bank-partnered products.
• Review customer-facing content for regulatory compliance at scale.
• Lead incident response to compliance issues and regulatory inquiries.
• Prioritize open program items and escalate to leadership when needed.
