Responsibilities

Howmet Fastening Systems (HFS) is seeking a finance leader to become the Senior Compliance Manager for the HFS Business Segment US locations. The position is primarily responsible for all functional control activities of the US locations and reports to the Associate VP of Finance. The role offers an opportunity to work closely with finance, procurement, human resources, and engineering personnel at all levels, as well as other members of the plant and segment leadership team. We seek a self-motivated professional with high autonomy and integrity.

The Senior Compliance Manager, HFS, will:

1. Develop strategic vision and manage tactical execution, including but not limited to compliance initiatives.
2. Lead compliance initiatives covering finance, anti-corruption, Sarbanes-Oxley controls (SOX), ethics, legal compliance, and internal controls and audits for US locations.
3. Manage planning, reporting, consolidation, and analysis functions; develop processes to ensure compliance with audit requirements, US GAAP, and Howmet reporting standards.
4. Perform segregation of duties reviews for Oracle, SAP, and legacy systems, maintaining business cases.
5. Oversee daily compliance activities.
6. Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly compliance review packages.
7. Coordinate and conduct training for new controllers and financial personnel.
8. Collaborate with IT and finance teams to centralize compliance activities.
9. Build a high-performance compliance environment, address control deficiencies, and recommend improvements.
