Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Accounting: Knowledge of economic and accounting principles, financial controls, analysis, and reporting.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• Minimum 7 years' experience in Finance and/or Accounting.
• At least 2 years in Audit or Finance Compliance.
• Leadership experience of at least 2 years.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship available.
• Must meet ITAR requirements for U.S. person status.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 50%, with occasional weekend and late-night work.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, CPA, or consulting experience preferred.
• Experience with Cost Accounting.
• Systems experience with QAD and/or LN BAAN.
